Alexander Charles Roberts was a frontiersman living in the Rho system.
A thief trying to find the location of the Ancient Diadem purchased and assumed the identity of the seventy-year-old man. He became Damajina's lover to get information from her. When Damajina discovered the truth, the fake Roberts killed her. He then used another identity he had obtained, that of Nic Reece, to go to Peladon in pursuit of the Diadem. (PROSE: Legacy)
