Borisovich was a member of the Russian Mafia. He bought an unusual ore sample and naval charts to where it was found from Lieutenant Gennady Morozich that was found underwater. He tried to sell it to the Tao Te Lung, but Tse Hung choose to take the items, killing Borisovich instead. (PROSE: Bullet Time)
