'Co-Commander Toos' was second in command of Storm mine 4, she kept peace on board the ship. When Taren Capel, a.k.a Dask, ordered Toos to be killed, The Doctor saved her and they went off to destroy them all. She, Uvanov and Poul where the only survivors.
