Doctor Nick Zimmerman was a scientist for whom the Eighth Doctor and Lucie Miller were looking. He wanted to steal a time-ship. He was married to Rachel Zimmerman. He owned a time whip that he used against the Doctor and Lucie. He created a time loop in order to spend more time with Rachel. (AUDIO: No More Lies)
