Sebastian Lawrence was the head of the campaign against the research of Killoran technologies. He wanted the money spent on it to be boost the economy. He later kidnapped Evelyn Smythe and Mel Bush to stop the research. He kidnapped Evelyn for what he thought Sofia Rossiter wanted, and prove something to her. (AUDIO: Thicker Than Water)
