Soloto was a planet. According to the Fifth Doctor, the natives had "extremely slow mental processes". For this reason, the Doctor brought a stranded Memeovore to Soloto, as the inhabitants wouldn't miss a "few millennia of recall". (PROSE: Piecemeal)
