Universalisation was the process by which the entire universe was as one, exchanging culture and resources from planet to planet, galaxy to galaxy. Some like the Sixth Doctor disagreed with universalisation's capitalist thinking. A good amount of people actively lobbied against big corporations like TAI's excessive control.
