Bob was Alex's friend.
When Miranda Dawkins' friend Dinah went on a date with Alex, he brought along Bob to keep Miranda company. At first she rejected Bob's advances. Later, though, she decided to sleep with him. However, she found him with Dinah having sex. (PROSE: Father Time)
