Little was known about the planet Vulpana. Captain Cook found the young werewolf Mags on there and took her to the planet Segonax by a form of transmat or teleport. (DW: The Greatest Show in the Galaxy)

The name Vulpana, having similarities to "vulpine" may suggest that all natives of the planet had lycanthropic abilities. However, Captain Cook also referred to Mags as a "very rare specimen", possibly implying otherwise.
