Emperor Adolphus Caesar was the young and spoiled child ruler of an alternate Earth where Rome never fell. His titles included "Master of the Solar System and the Galaxy Beyond." After the Malevilus were defeated, the Doctor advised Vesuvius to send Adolphus to a strict boarding school on Cryos Four. (DWM: The Iron Legion)
