Prelude The Highest Science was, as the name suggested, a prelude to The Highest Science by Gareth Roberts. It did not appear in the published novel.

Summary

Six days after a raid on Checkley's World, workers are sent into the gene labs to check for any traps left there. In the far future, General Fakrid of the Chelonian Empire is en route to the human colony Vaagon. In the TARDIS, the Doctor finds the ship reporting a reverse Fortean flux.
