Mogar is a planet in the Perseus Arm of the Mutter's Spiral. Though there is no oxygen in the atmosphere, the planet is rich in rare minerals, including vionesium. Mogar is the homeworld of the Mogarians, but it was later taken over by the Humans. (DW: Terror of the Vervoids)
