Amara Essy was the president of the United Nations Security Council in 1990.
On 1 January 1990, when humanity subconsciously realised that there had been temporal discrepancies in the last two decades, Essy attended a meeting with Charles Crichton and Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart to establish a dating protocol for the 1970s and 1980s. (PROSE: The Enfolded Time)
