Mike Southon, BSC was a cinematographer on Doctor Who during the Steven Moffat era who lit the following productions:

A past president of the British Society of Cinematographers, he has had an extensive and award-winning career on both sides of the Atlantic. He has won an American Society of Cinematographers Award, a CableACE, a couple of MTV Awards and several other industry awards. Thus, he is one of the most decorated cinematographers that Doctor Who ever employed as of 2013. His most famous work includes the music videos "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses, "Freedom '90" by George Michael and "Cream" by Prince, as well as the Showtime movie Snow White: A Tale of Terror with Sigourney Weaver.
