I hope that if the new character played by samuel anderson in series 8 is a companion, then he isn't simply a normal contemporary human. If he is human, please can he be from either past or future. At this point I will even accept him being a human like species like turlough or Nyssa. Like a lot of you I'm just fed up with all companions being human, cause you think the doctor would think "Ive already got this female human companion, so why not go for someone whose not human". It doesn't really bother me whether he's human or not. Besides, Vastra and Strax are arguably non-human companions. 87.102.91.126talk to me 18:19, March 10, 2014 (UTC)
