Born Anthony Lee Dow on 13 April 1945 in Hollywood, California[1], Tony Dow was the visual effects producer for the Doctor Who TV movie. He is, however, best known for his starring acting role as Wallace "Wally" Cleaver, the title character's older brother, on the long-running American situation comedy, Leave It to Beaver (1957-1963). He reprised this role in a reunion special and a sequel series from 1983 to 1989.
