Base Diana was a secret military base on the Moon.
The base was built in the 1970s after the official end of NASA flights to the moon. The parts were brought by Apollo 18 through Apollo 22. After June 1980, further supply trips were unnecessary since Quantum Displacement technology had advanced enough to allow direct Earth-to-Moon teleportation.
