He reported on the War Doctor's ultimatum at the Fall of Arcadia ("No More") and on the Council's plans to the General. He later accompanied him into the Time Vaults to investigate the War Doctor's break-in. Androgar had never heard of the Moment until that point, and asked the General what it was.
