Doctor Who (IDW) originally referred to just one title: Doctor Who (2008). However, IDW have since published several titles, all of which can in some sense be said to be "Doctor Who (IDW)". Thus, Doctor Who (IDW) may refer to any one of a number of comic book titles published in the United States. This list seeks to distinguish titles precisely by their indicia titles, according to the custom of American comic book cataloguers.
Named simply Doctor Who
- Doctor Who (2008) — also marketed as Agent Provocateur, starring the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones
- Doctor Who (2009) — also marketed as Doctor Who Ongoing, starring the Tenth Doctor and (primarily) Matthew Finnegan and Emily Winter.
- Doctor Who (2011) — also marketed as Doctor Who Volume 2, starring the Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams, and written largely by Tony Lee.
- Doctor Who (2012) — which bore the indicia title of and was marketed as Doctor Who Volume 3, starring the Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond, Rory Williams and Clara Oswald, and initially written by Andy Diggle.

- Doctor Who Classics — in which IDW reprinted material from Doctor Who Magazine, chiefly starring the Fourth Doctor
