Medallions were devices that allowed people from Pete's World to teleport to the same place in other universes when the Void was open. (DW: Doomsday)
Similar objects could also allow members from 'Pete's World' to teleport to Donna's World and also the real universe. (DW: Turn Left, Journey's End)
