George Wilson was the first husband of Doris Lethbridge-Stewart and the uncle of Sarah Jane Smith.
In the early 1970s, George married Doris Bryden. Around this time Doris had a child, Albert Wilson, but this child was not his but Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart's.
