A Weeping Angel, based in Room M17 of Coal Hill Academy, oversaw the Governors' preparations for the Arrival.
After Dorothea Ames failed to stop Charlie Smith from using the Cabinet of Souls against the Shadow Kin in December 2016, the Governors followed the orders of the Chair and turned their backs on the Angel, allowing it to kill her. (TV: The Lost)
