Matthew Doe is a director of the infamous publishing company Who Dares Publishing, along with business partner Andrew Skilleter.
He is a specialist on Doctor Who artefacts, props and memorabilia, and runs the company Toy Box Treasures. In July 2017, Doe unearthed the only known original Ice Warrior head from 1967's The Ice Warriors[source needed]. He featured in Doctor Who Magazine[which?], along with Mike Tucker of The Model Unit.
