Officer Maggie Cortez was a human police officer on the lunar colony Athenia.
When the humans and Galateans started seeing each other as threats, she tried telling her Galatean double Delphi that she needed protection, when Tony Moxham knocked Maggie out. When Maggie recovered, she discovered Delphi had killed Tony. When the Phantom Piper used Chiyoko's mind to create soldiers from every war to start a war between humans and Galateans. Bill Potts told Maggie not to kill Chiyoko, and told Maggie to trust the Doctor. With the help of a suggestion from the Twelfth Doctor, Alan defeated the Piper by breaking down his code using Block Transfer Computation, allowing Chiyoko to live. (COMIC: The Phantom Piper)
