Tim Mclnnerny played Klineman Halpen in the Doctor Who story Planet of the Ood. He was reportedly honoured by the role [1]. He also voiced Dolne in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Well-Mannered War. He also auditioned for the role of the Eighth Doctor in the TV movie.
He is the brother of Lizzie McInnerny.
