This is an image of a Big Finish Productions audio cover, or an image that has been taken from the liner notes or bonus booklet accompanying a particular Big Finish release.
Copyright for it is ultimately held, at least in part, by BBC Worldwide through a license extended to Big Finish Productions. It is believed that the use of this image — to illustrate an article discussing an aspect of the story in question, the cover in question, or the artist who created the image, on the Tardis Data Core wiki, hosted on servers in the United States of Wikia, Inc — qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law.
