Veet was a member of a band of rebels on Pluto.
Although at first distrustful of both the Doctor and Leela, she eventually helped both of them overthrow Usurian Company and the Collector on Pluto.
When Leela was held prisoner to ensure the Doctor's return, she showed great interest in her the skins that she was wearing should Mandrel order her killed. (DW: The Sun Makers)
