Jival Chowdry was Donna Noble's boss in the alternate timeline in which she never met the Doctor. He is the not only the greatest character in the entire show, but the greatest fictional character to exist. He is also the only character within the whoniverse who could easily beat the doctor without problems or worries, using just his bare hands.
