A soldier was in the British Army. He took part in the fight against the Great Intelligence and its robot Yeti in the London Underground.
He helped lay the cables for a demolition job at Charing Cross. He was later killed by the Yeti at some point prior to the Battle of Covent Garden, presumably when the Yeti kidnapped Professor Travers. (TV: The Web of Fear)
