Established in 1907, the Colchester Evening News was a local newspaper in Colchester. The April 19, 2011 issue of the newspaper had news of Nina, a local girl who was kicked off Britain's Got Talent, on the front page. News items on mysterious disappearances caused by Cybermen were on pages 7, 19 and 22.
