The Rose novelisation states that this boy is called Michael, so I propose a rename to Michael (Rose)

On 5 March 2005, a son of Clive Finch and Caroline answered the door to speak to Rose Tyler. She asked to speak to Clive, and he called for him, saying Rose was "one of [his] nutters". (TV: Rose) He had a brother in Ben. (PROSE: Rose)
