Teletubbies was a television programme for very young children that was popular in the United Kingdom on Earth in the late 20th and early 21st century.
In 1997, Mark Whitaker saw a Woolworths with a cardboard cut-out of a Tellytubby outside it. (PROSE: Touched by an Angel)
