Tessno was a member of the Chancellery Guard who was ordered by Padrac to kill the Eleven.
She was part of the resistance against the Doom Coalition. She had previously met the Ten on Delgar, where he murdered her platoon, hypnotising one member of the platoon to kill another, and so on until she was left. The Ten left her as the sole survivor to spread the truth.
The Eleven taunted her until she released him. After she did so, the Eleven shot and killed her. (AUDIO: Stop the Clock)
