The Butterfly People are a race of glowing humanoids from the planet Arcateen 5.
Biology
Physically, the Butterfly People are tall, tranclucent humanoids with tendrils on the top of their head and on their back. They have five long, slender fingers and have a blue tint to their skin
Technology
The Butterfly People have faster-than-light travel capabilities, including transporter systems and superluminal communications technology. They had developed this by at the latest the early 1800s.
