The Torchwood 3 Hub.

Torchwood 3 is the base of Torchwood in Cardiff, Wales. It was chosen to build a base there because of the presene of the Cardiff Rift.

Judging by some of the architecture, it was built some time between approximately 1900 and 1950.

The Hub was the main base of affairs for Torchwood 3, as opposed to Torchwood 1's Torchwood Tower and Torchwood 2's office in Glasgow.

It contained the desks of the people who work there, and was presumably connected to the rest of the Torchwood Institute via organic computer.
