The Mayor of Cardiff presided over the city at the early stages of the Sorvix takeover in the 21st century.
He delivered a speech at the vigil for the victims of a refugee centre bombing organised by the Sorvix. The vigil was also bombed, but the Mayor survived. He agreed to hire Tyler Steele as his PR person. (AUDIO: Changes Everything)
