Gwen Cooper and Rhys Williams lived together at a flat in Riverside, Cardiff. The flat was on the first floor of a converted house. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
Their flat consisted of a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. They had a computer in the flat as well. (TV: Everything Changes etc. al) Pictures of the two were put up throughout the flat.
