Located forty five billion dimensions to the left of N-Space, the Word Lord's inhabited a parallel universe whose physical laws were governed by language instead of ordinary matter and energy. (AUDIO: The Word Lord)
The Word Lords were that universes' counterpart to the Time Lords of N-Space. Founded by All who created the Hand of All, which was their version of the Eye of Harmony and the Web of Time which fuelled and shaped the Time Lord's civilisation, the Word Lords shaped that reality.
After Nobody No-One, one of the most evil Word Lords, died within the Hand of All, it's unknown what has happened to the Word Lords. (AUDIO: A Death in the Family)
