At some point in the far future, a [[Human]] [[starship]] crash landed there. Humans and [[sheep]] survived the trip, as did some [[spider]]s. Over the course of millenia, the crystals mutated the spiders into the [[Eight Legs]]. The Eight Legs enslaved the humans and also harvested and ate them. | |||

Metebelis III was a planet in the Acteon Galax. The Doctor has attempted to reach Metebelis III several times, eventually suceeding and meeting some of the native wildlife.
Features
