The Rose Garden of Eternity was a rose garden on the planet Tellus IV kept secret by the Gardener.
It bloomed once every thousand years and showed a prophecy written in its flowers.
Among its correct prophecies were the bee invasion of earth of 2151, the great Mars ash dieback of 3004 and two Venus flytrap massacres.
Its Thirteenth Flowering depicted a blue TARDIS, the Galactic Seed Vault and the number 13, which prompted Willow to ask the Thirteenth Doctor for help. However, the number 13 referred to the secret thirteenth vault of the Galactic Seed Vault.
