- 1964 - Radio Times printed its first-ever Doctor Who-related cover (dated February 22-28) to promote the first episode of Marco Polo, "The Roof of the World".
- 1965 - "The Zarbi" was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1965 - The part two of the TV Century 21 comic story Power Play was first published.
- 1971 - Episode four of The Mind of Evil was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1971 - Part one of Gemini Plan was first published in Countdown's very first issue.
- 1975 - The novelisation of The Moonbase was first published by Target Books.
- 1992 - Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible was first published by Virgin Books.
- 1992 - DWM 184 was released by Marvel Comics.
- 1997 - The Room With No Doors and A Device of Death were first published by Virgin Books.
- 2008 - Dead Man Walking was first broadcast on BBC Three, followed by Animal Pharm.
- 2008 - The Doctor Who: Battles in Time comic story Dusty Death was first published.
- 2009 - The Time Squad action figure range was first released by Character Options.
- 2011 - The London branch of the Doctor Who Experience exhibition opened. This included an interactive story.
- 2012 - The London branch of Doctor Who Experience closed, exactly one year after having opened.
- 2013 - DWDVDF 108 was first published by GE Fabbri Ltd.
