Murray Evans played a lorry driver in the Doctor Who television story The Invasion.
Evans' debuted in the film Payroll, after which he appeared on The Plane Makers, No Hiding Place, Dixon of Dock Green, Softly, Softly, Man in a Suitcase, The Troubleshooters and The Main Chance. He also appeared in the 1963 film This Sporting Life.
