Colin Colchester-Price was the husband of St John Colchester.

He was from Leeds. Colin was a Muslim, and hence, did not drink alcohol. (AUDIO: A Kill to a View) He enjoyed shopping. (AUDIO: Changes Everything) His mother disapproved of his relationship with Mr Colchester. (AUDIO: Aliens & Sex & Chips & Gravy) When Orr adapted to Mr Colchester’s greatest sexual desires, they took the form of Colin, ten years younger. In Orr's reproduction, Colin was a large, muscular dark-skinned male. (AUDIO: Orr)

Colin and St John moved to Cardiff when his husband began working for Torchwood Three. They were set up in number 151 on the 22nd floor of Ritz Tower, at 11 Richmond Street. Colin frequently refused to leave the building because of the spike in hate crimes. Sandra and Andrea tried to kill the Colchesters in order to get their flat, but Mr Colchester killed both of them, his anger allowing Bilis Manger to open the rift and send a message to whomever the Sorvix fled from. (AUDIO: A Kill to a View)

After St John's death, Colin attended his funeral and fought God with Tyler Steele. He later went to the Hub with Yvonne Hartman, who showed him his husband's last message on the Torchwood computer. After Yvonne left, he also watched hers. (AUDIO: Future Pain)
