Mitch was a human archaeologist.
On 1 January 2019, he and Lin discovered the remains of the third Custodian. He later helped the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz, Ryan and Graham save Lin after she was controlled by a recon scout Dalek. After the crisis was over, he began a relationship with Lin. (TV: Resolution)
