Creek (The Haunting of Thomas Brewster) was a riverman who bought Thomas Brewster from the workhouse to work as a mudlark. He got his boys to scavenge for all the items that were in the Thames, that were either thrown after a revenue collection or had fallen of the back of a ship. He beat them when they were bad. He tried to push away the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa when they asked after Brewster, but he wanted to sell him as the Doctor offered £20 for him. He fell into a ditch and died.
