Rivesh Mantilax was an alien ambassidor to his kind. When the Viperox went to war with his kind. His side lost. His wife Seruba Velak went and fled. While she was flying over Earth two Viperox ships hit her. She crash landed at Roswell, New Mexico. Rivesh went to find her, his ship was gunned down by the US Military near Area 51. He was saved by a Native American called Night Eagle. There he hid in a cave for four years. Night Eagle took the doctor to see him he told the Doctor and the Doctor's friends his story. Just moments after that. General Stark walked in and attempted to arrest him. (DW: Dreamland)
