Badblood was a forbidden planet. It sat beneath a layer of atomised carbon. It had a colony which people thought had failed because it was cut of from the rest of the Earth Empire, because the colonist wouldn't agree to trade tariffs. It's original settlers were of Chinese and European descent. The planet had a curse which meant that the cities were mobile as to follow the light as vampires attacked during darkness.
