Burglar

A burglar was a type of thief who broke into places of work or people's homes usually when no-one was around, or when the occupants were simply unaware of their presence.

Finney was a burglar who tried to steal the TARDIS from the Third Doctor and use it to break into banks. (COMIC: The Planet of the Daleks)
