Daisy K was a member of the Happiness Patrol on Terra Alpha. She and the other members of the patrol repainted the Doctor's TARDIS pink as it was a happier colour than blue. She later arrested the Seventh Doctor and Ace for being Killjoys.
She was taken prisoner after Helen A was overthrown. (TV: The Happiness Patrol)
