Elias Greenwood was the chief medical officer at the hospital that held Jeremiah Maru-Stahl captive.
Elias fought in the Hundred Day War with the Eighth Doctor and was present at the Battle of Nova Croix.
Four years after the war had ended, Elias contacted the Doctor to see if he could improve Jeremiah Maru-Stahl's mental health for his trial. The Doctor failed, and Elias was forced to put Maru-Stahl in confinement for the rest of his life. (PROSE: Gazing Void)
